Ultra High Lift Control Surface
The KIN UltraFlap is designed to transform aileron control and wing lift. Whether you're a fan of bush planes, STOL flying, slow-speed training, or even aerobatics, this innovative control surface is for you. By working with your existing ailerons, it significantly increases lift and enhances control at low and high speeds, making takeoffs and landings shorter and smoother than you thought possible.
Our kit is engineered for a straightforward assembly experience, making it perfect for modelers of all skill levels. We've simplified construction by using a few key, cutting edge materials.
The airfoil sections are made from foamed PLA, a top quality, high temperature sun safe material that is incredibly tough and lightweight. This new material enables a super strong and resilient structure without the complexities of traditional building methods that are also found on the UltraFlap Ultra Light version.
For parts that require the up most strength, such as the winglets, pivot arms, and control horns, we've utilized another new and cutting edge material, PCTG (not PETG). This material is extremely durable and impact resistant to help resist breaks even when contacting the ground directly.

Our design choices make the building process as smooth as possible:
Consisting of PCTG plastic ribs, carbon fiber rods, and lightweight high temperature foaming PLA, the KIN UltraFlap achieves an ultra-light and remarkably stiff construction. While perfectly sized for the AeroScout, its versatile control surface pivot arm allows for broad compatibility with most high-wing and mid-wing RC aircraft (if you dare), whether they're foam or balsa builds.
