Returns & Refunds
Returns on merchandise are handled on a case-by-base basis. If you'd like to initiate a return, please contact Michael@kinadditive.com and we will personally review your request. All items must be in new, saleable condition to be eligible for a return. KIN Additive LLC is not responsible for any return shipping costs. Any refunds associated with a return will be refunded to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny a return request for any reason.
Defective or Faulty Merchandise
As a small business that manufactures our own products, KIN Additive LLC stands by our products and we want to ensure you are satisfied with the items you received. In the rare instance that you have received a defective or broken item, please contact Michael@kinadditive.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the defective items and we will work with you on a solution. KIN Additive LLC reserves the right to provide full or partial refunds, replacement parts, or deny requests as we deem necessary.
