International Shipping

At this time, KIN Additive LLC only ships through the United States via kinadditive.com. For international orders outside of the US, please visit my Etsy Shop to place your order: kinadditive.etsy.com. Please note that by browsing and shopping on Etsy, you agree to their own privacy policy and terms & conditions - separate from kinadditive.com.

Shipping Rate Calculations

KIN Additive LLC uses flat rate calculations based on the total weight of products listed at checkout and the necessary box dimensions required for your order. We reserve the right to select a different carrier than what was chosen at checkout for any reason. You may contact us at any time for the specific criteria for these shipping costs.

Order Processing

KIN Additive LLC will make every effort to process and ship out your order within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and Federal holidays) in the order received. If necessary, we may require additional time to process your order due to carrier/logistics delays, manufacturing delays, out-of-office situations, emergency circumstances, weather-related issues, or other situations. We will contact you as soon as possible if we are aware of any delays with your order. For delays affecting all orders, we will display an announcement at the top of kinadditive.com communicating this delay.

Delivery Times

KIN Additive LLC cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party shipping or logistics carriers. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are not guaranteed delivery dates, and may change based on when your order is processed and shipped. If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will work with you to determine if this will be possible.
